- Liaise closely with the CRM Manager; making sure that the right messages reach the right customers
- Be responsible for the execution of campaigns across of digital and non-digital platforms
- Produce regular reports on the performance of the database and ensure regular contact with the store teams
- Analyse the data selection and maintain the customer database
- Proven experience of working with CRM service providers is essential
- Fantastic organisational, communication and numeric skills are essential for this role
- A quick learner with an ‘eye for detail’ and a commercial mindset
- Proficient using Microsoft Excel and is very numeric
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, where a passion for retail and marketing is vital
