**Location**: Barkston Heath, Grantham

**Full-time**: Monday to Thursday

**Hours**:18:00 - 06:00 (night shift)

**Rate of Pay**:from £12.00 (DOE)

**We are looking for a Forklift Operator to join our MID UK Recycling division at Barkston (near Grantham).**

**Key aspects of the role include**:

- Loading material into the processing systems
- Manoeuvring forklifts in a safe manner
- Following instructions regarding sorting of material
- Ensuring that forklift driving areas are free from spills or obstructions
- Regularly checking forklift equipment for faults or damages
- Abiding by & promoting Health & Safety, ensuring all approved policies & processes are followed
- Helping with maintenance as directed
- Contributing towards the efficient running of the operation
- Performing other duties as the Company may from time to time reasonably require

**Skills / Experience**:
Applicants must be reliable, punctual, self-motivated, capable of working within a team and demonstrate a proactive attitude and commitment to Health and Safety.
- Valid Forklift license - essential
- Equipment Maintenance - preferred but not essential
