We are now looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our Admin team, where you will provide support to the Home Manager.

**Duties and Responsibilities.**
- Support all the in house maintenance teams with their workloads, training where necessary, demonstrating best practice, highlighting any training needs.
- To plan and coordinate all works at Springcare and it's related properties. Ensuring that all works are carried out within set timescales adhering to health and safety at all times.
- Oversee head office maintenance training
- Manage daily adhoc tasks that come in
- help with updating programme of works for the maintenance team.
- Look after company vehicles ensuring they are up to date with services, MOTs
- Ensure action is taking from reports such as fire assessments and helping create the plan of action and meeting it's timescales.

**What are we looking for?**

High organisation as it is a role in a very busy department with a lot going on
Hold NVQ in Business Administration or equivalent
Able to prioritise work load
Good organisational skills
Good telephone manner

Successful applicants would require two written references, a standard/enhanced DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) (depending on role) and evidence of a right to work in the UK check.
