**The Role**
Due to our continued growth and period of transformation, we are delighted to be adding a further Operations Manager to the GB Broking team.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will provide operations management, governance, and support to GB Broking in the delivery of excellent client service within an efficient and compliant framework.
You will be tasked with working with the Compliance Risk and other functional teams to ensure that operational processes and procedures put the interests of clients and the integrity of the market at the heart of the way they do business.
Key Accountabilities
- Work with the GB Broking lead and Global broking teams to provide the operational support required of them, liaising with the GB CRB Operations head where appropriate
- Work with the CRB Operations and Broking leadership teams to ensure that the GB broking teams are working to WTW operational requirements, assisting in the implementation of new working procedures, and suggesting improvements where necessary.
- Work with the CRB Broking, Change Management and Business Operations teams to share and deliver best practice
- Partner with broking leadership to drive adoption of Broking PlatformProvide operational direction, advice, guidance, and best practice to the GB CRB Broking teams
Key Duties
- Development and Deployment of Broking Platform
- Support the Transformation initiatives for Broking
- Support change mgmt. in partnership with Broking and change management
- Engagement with client management and relationship management functions
- Partner with broking leadership to drive adoption of Broking Platform
- Drive strategic initiatives to boost revenue generation opportunities delivering MI to support
- Commission uplift
- Lead broking insights & information

**The Requirements**:

- Ideally educated to a degree level and with professional qualifications, Project Management or similar
- A good understanding of regulatory requirements and their impact on operational processes and procedures.
- Excellent management and leadership skills, with a proven track record of delivering excellent levels of client service through a large scale, matrixed operational function
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- High levels of business and financial acumen
- An in-depth knowledge of operational best practice and experience of implementing processes, procedures, and standards in an operational role
- Proven experience of change management and delivering major change initiatives in to an operational function
