The restaurant's menu showcases modern British cuisine, emphasising seasonal produce from our estate's own gardens and local farms.

**About the role**:
We are looking for a barista with bar knowledge to help improve and deliver our busy bar offering. Barista skills are essential for this role, while cocktail knowledge is desirable it is not essential. A passion for wine is something we are keen for as we have our own selection of wines produced less than a mile from the restaurant.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a similar role is not essential but preferred and further training will be provided.

Skills you should have:

- Experience in working in a restaurants or fine dinning
- A basic wine knowledge would be helpful but not essential
- Be able to work very well under pressure & as part of a team
- Have a passion for the food and drink industry
- Maintain good quality customer service skills
