An opportunity has arisen due to expansion and growth within the firm for an Quality Asessor/Auditor to join the business.

The role
Carry out quality controls for our back-office teams, checking completed work to identify any risks from an individual and process point of view. Immediately flagging any concerns and recording all results and sharing with the relevant Team Manager for feedback to their teams and to allow actions for improvement.
Complete daily audits for the specified individual/work type as set out by the Manager
Record all results clearly with any relevant feedback
Share the results daily with Manager to allow regular feedback to the Teams and Stakeholders
Immediately flag any Breaches/pattern of errors with Manager to allow appropriate rectification and action
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by completing E-learning and attending any relevant training, calibrations and huddles
Share any recommendations for improvements with Management, whether that be in terms of reporting of the results or trends and possible actions from the results

Previous experience of carrying out audits
Excellent Attention to Detail
Experience of Remortgage or Conveyancing environment(Desirable)
Confident outgoing personality and able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and clients
Excellent written and verbal communication
Good organisational skills
