**Private Patient Sales Advisor | Competitive salary plus excellent benefits | Tunbridge Wells | Full-Time - 37.5 hours per week**

Spire Tunbridge Wells Hospital are looking for a Private Patients Sales Advisor to join them on a full time basis. This is a busy role where you will be speaking to customers on the phone and dealing with all private sales appointment bookings and pricing enquires. You will need to be used to working in a fast-paced environment.

Spire Tunbridge Wells is a 28 bedded acute hospital situated in rural Kent, located within five miles of Royal Tunbridge Wells and on the boundaries of West Sussex. The hospital offers a wide range of services and facilities.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- To convert self-pay enquiries to out-patient appointments or procedures, tests or therapies, in order to meet monthly conversion rate targets and self-pay revenue and admissions targets.
- To maximise enquiry conversion opportunities through a high level of sales and customer service skills.
- Ensure the accurate and timely pricing of procedures to provide to patients, ensuring excellent customer service and opportunity for conversion.
- Effectively sell against competitor hospitals by understanding Spire Healthcare USPs
- To promote and book patients to mini consultation events organised by the business development team. To attend events and liaise with patients, booking patients into consultations or procedures.
- Use the CRM system fully and correctly to keep record of all enquiries and interactions to robustly manage and convert enquiry leads.
- Be able to match the customer to the product
- Book follow ups for the patients

**Essential**
- Someone who is highly organised and accurate and works well to tight deadlines
- Experience working in a similar environment would be beneficial but by no means necessary as full training will be provided
- Must be a good communicator and have good computer literacy
- Someone who works well as part of a team
