This **freelance** role is to support a busy Marketing Consultant who specialises in marketing for law firms. The requirement is for a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creator. In this role, you will be responsible for producing, managing, and optimising engaging content across various social media platforms to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and engage our target audience for numerous legal clients who offer a wide range of legal services ranging from commercial law to probate.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**: Develop and design original content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), including videos, graphics, photos, stories and written posts.

**Campaign Development**: Collaborate with the business owner to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with brand goals and marketing initiatives.

**Community Engagement**: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner to foster engagement.

**Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics to optimise content and identify growth opportunities. Provide regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

**Brand Consistency**: Ensure that all content reflects the brand’s voice, aesthetic, and messaging across all social media channels.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with influencers, collaborators, and partners to create co-branded content and expand reach.

**Content Scheduling**: Use social media management tools (Social Pilot) to schedule content in advance and maintain a consistent posting schedule.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.

Strong creative and design skills.

Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).

Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).

Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.

Ability to adapt content style to fit different social platforms and audiences.

Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and best practices for organic engagement.

A passion for social media and keeping up with digital trends.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in design/video editing software. Access to Canva will be provided.

Previous experience in influencer marketing or partnerships.

Understanding of paid social media advertising (preferable, not essential)

Understanding of how to utilise AI to support content creation.

**Benefits**:

Part time hours with lots of potential for growth.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: £16.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 12 per week

Schedule:

- Flexitime
- No weekends
