**Job description**: We are recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor to join a successful firm that is based in Huddersfield.

**Hours**: Part time or Full time

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to work within the busy, developing company.
- Knowledgeable with the ability to confidently deal with a broad spectrum of private client work, including technical and high value matters/advising high-net worth individuals
- Managing a varied caseload ance Tax planning, including advising upon the use of trusts, asset protection, generational succession issues Deeds of variation and post death tax planning/mitigation
- Working on administration of complex taxable estates of high value, including trusts and agricultural and/or business property
- Advising trustees in connection with existing, often complex and high value trusts
- Well versed in compliance requirements for trusts and trust registration
- Drafting wills, powers of attorney, trusts and ancillary trust documentation
- Able to work effectively as a team member
- Advising trustees in connection with existing, often complex and high value trusts
- Able to assist with the supervision and development of junior colleagues.
