**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking **Gardener** to join our team on a full-time basis. This role involves garden maintenance, planting, lawn care, and assisting with landscaping projects. A **full UK driving licence is required** along with the ability to **communicate effectively in English**, as the position involves driving company vehicles and interacting with clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general garden maintenance including mowing, strimming, weeding, pruning, and hedge cutting.
- Carry out planting, lawn care, and soft landscaping tasks.
- Operate gardening tools, machinery, and vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Drive company vehicles to and from various job sites.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Good knowledge of plants, lawn care, and seasonal maintenance.
- Confident in using gardening tools and machinery (mowers, trimmers, etc.).
- **Full UK driving licence is required**.
- **Ability to speak and understand English is required**.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

**Benefits**:

- Starting wage from £13.50 per hour (with potential for increases based on performance and experience)
- Full-time stable employment (40 hours per week)
- Working hours**:Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to approximately 5:00 PM**(winterhoursmay differ)
