**About you**
Working within the Fleet Services department, you will support, coach and supervise the Fleet Administration team. You’ll be strong at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and have a keen eye for detail to spot areas for improvement and optimisation. You will be responsible for all Central Fleet administration functions relating to ‘in life’ operation. Managing cost control for the company vehicles ensuring the day to day operations of the Fleet Services department is efficient and productive.
Essential;
- Highly organised.
- Administration experience.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of common systems i.e. excel, powerpoint, word etc.
- Excellent cost control experience.
- Excellent communicator.
- Team player.
- Experience of managing people.

Desirable;
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience of using “in house” Fleet Management systems.
- Experience in the management of external service providers.
- Experience in working with vehicle fleets.

**About the role**
*Think Customer*
- Work with the Fleet Team and all internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain good working relationships.
- Manage and co-ordinate the Fleet Services Administration team on a day-to-day basis to deliver on their role requirements.
- Making clear communications of any fleet updates or new processes internally within the team or to the wider network.
- Oversee and facilitate the provision of rental vehicles.
- Implement any developmental changes of the Company Car policy and its processes. Assist the Fleet Services Manager with the budgetary control of the Fleet Services department

**Aim High**
- Manage and report on Fuel Card usage and ensure fuel card controls are adhered to Support and assist in the controls in Fleet Risk & insurance liaison.
- Make recommendations in the development of the ‘in house’ fleet management systems to ensure effective use.
- Support online accounts (snap, dart, congestion, eflow, Humber bridge etc) when required.
- Make recommendations in the development of the ‘in house’ fleet management systems to ensure effective use.
- Support the Senior Leadership Team as required with administration tasks/reports Manage and maintain business mileage records for the Company Car fleet

**Be Real**
- Making clear communications of any fleet updates or new processes to the Administration team
- Make recommendations of any process changes, solutions and service improvements required to the Fleet Services Manager
- Provide feedback on training to the Fleet Services Manager with actions to be taken Carry out 121’s with Fleet Administration team
- Provide support and guidance to the Company Car team
