We are passionate about serving tasty dishes using freshest of produce. Everything we do is a team effort and you’ll be driven to delight our guests each and every time,working in a high performing, fast paced volume catering environment. **What you’ll bring us** We want to meet people who are passionate about food and are driven by delivering exceptional food standards. Compliance, Health and Safety and food standards, along with an understanding of a day-to-day operation of kitchen including stock rotation and wastemanagement are key elements to this role. You’ll be comfortable to open and close the restaurant kitchen and being a team role-model. We want you to have good culinary skills and a passion for food. You will have direct responsibility for the production of food products to a high standard as agreed with leaders within a specific section of the kitchen, your duties will also include coveringother sections within the kitchen when required, prior experience of this is essential and ideally hold a valid Level 2 Food Safety certificate and Level 2 Professional Cookery qualification/relevant industry qualification **What we’ll give you** We value our team and aim to get the best from them which is why we offer on-going skills training and personal development.
