**Duties for this role include**:

- To provide quality handover documentation and transition to BAU activity of onboarded systems, as well as system upgrades.
- Assist the Business Analysis team in data gathering and translation of user stories into deliverables.
- Ownership of subtasks from project work, with feedback to the project team and control of any slippage.

Main duties of the job

Communications and Relationships
- Provide and receive complex information;
- Communicates complicated, difficult to explain IM&T issues to non IM&T staff/suppliers.
- To liaise with suppliers and peers on complex technical issues to ensure a successful resolution.
- A friendly professional and co-operative approach to all users is required when providing support.

Analytical and Judgmental Skills
- Complex facts or situations requiring analysis, interpretation, comparison of a range of options.

Planning & Organisational Skills
- To plan and organise multiple activities some of which are ongoing.
- Planning tasks and activities which may require adjustment due to workload and trust priorities and complex newly discovered issues.

development and delivery of the drive to be paper free at the point of care
