Sales Administrator

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our Edinburgh Fordstore.
This role reports to the Sales Administration Manager and responsibilities will include:
- Processing new and used vehicle sales orders
- Raising new and used vehicle invoices
- Taxing new and used vehicles
- Settling outstanding finance
- Posting invoices and costs to deals for final closure
- Maintaining Sales/Accounting records
- General administration of speeding/parking fines to the dealership
- Filing/Faxing/Photocopying
- Maintaining accurate stock records
**SKILLS REQUIRED**:
- Good keyboard skills and competent numeracy skills
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of vehicle registration and taxation desirable but not essential.
- Motor trade experience desirable but not essential.
**HOURS**
We offer a range of shift patterns to suit your needs. This role can be worked as a full time role 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday or we are happy to offer a 25-30 hour working week on a Monday to Friday basis..
