**About the role**

We are looking for a John Lewis Buddy in JL Oxford Street to maximise sales across our John Lewis concessions. Advising on new trends and how to style the product you will always ensure a seamless customer journey. Maximising the sales and profit opportunities of John Lewis footwear departments by delivering excellent service & standards on the sales floor & building strong in store relationships. You will act as a key contact to ensure high sales & smooth operations across all depts in store. This will all be done whilst having fun working within a fabulous team and beautiful product

- Confidence to guide our customers through our beautifully designed product and advise on how to style each piece
