**In return, if you were to join Partners in Support on a fulltime contract as a Lead Support Worker and provide us with 1 sleepover a week, you would receive a salary up to £26,500 without including the extra On-Call pay**
“Partners in Support” is a dynamic not-for-profit organisation supporting people with learning disabilities and Autism to lead the life that they choose.
**The Role**
We are recruiting for a Lead Support Worker to work with a gentleman with a learning disability living in his own home in Hemel Hempstead.
As Lead Support Worker you will be assisting the Locality Manager by working on shift providing day to day support to the staff team. The role will include assisting the staff to deliver excellent person-centred support via supervisions, positive role modelling, team meetings, observations, and their own consistent support on a 1:1 basis.
He enjoys many varied activities but really enjoys athletics, gaming and watching films. He is passionate about music and loves performing. He is looking for someone to join his team who can support him with his everyday life as well as looking at ways he can develop.
A key part of the support workers role is to understand the person you are supporting, which will include providing practical and emotional support.

**_Applicants must have minimum of 1 years’ experience _**of providing person centred support to people with learning disabilities and/or Autism, and be able to demonstrate the following personal qualities and skills**:
