Here at Time For You Care we are seeking to appoint one Field Supervisor to support the expansion of Time For You Care and developing our home care service. You will be joining a team of Fun and like minded individuals.

Roles and Responsibilities as a Field Supervisor
Support the Quality Improvement Lead
- With the efficient running of a designated area and the supervision of care practitioners.
- Supporting Time For You Care to provide safe, constant, high quality care that responds to each Service Users needs individually.
- Make sure our services respect customers’ choices and promote their dignity and privacy at all times
- Medication Responsibilities
- On-Call duties
- Providing personal care duties
- Manual handling, using equipment where required
- Supporting with training requirements for the Care Practitioners in the field.
- Supporting best practice inline with the Care Inspectorate and SSSC.

You must have:

- Care Supervisory experience (preferred)
- Full and valid UK driving licence preferred but not essential
- Right to work in the UK
- Excellent level of English
- Starting from £21,000
- Mileage allowance / 50% of your bus pass paid.
