Working as a Warehouse Operative in one of our modern warehouses in Chepstow you can expect a thorough and comprehensive induction and ongoing training, to ensure you gain the skills you need to be successful. The vast majority of our shifts are Monday toFriday, so we won’t ask you to come in on the weekend, unless you want to

So what can I expect as a Warehouse Operative?
You will sign up through us and we will look after you every step of the way, before you step into the warehouse. You will be paid a minimum of £10.50, but the business offers an attendance bonus, which results in a realistic and achievable hourly rate of£12.50. Details will be fully explained to you at registration.
The role of Warehouse Operative involves loading and unloading stock up to 25kg, using correct manual handling techniques. No experience needed as full training provided.
The shifts are Monday - Friday
6am - 3pm
3pm - 12am ( additional £25 paid for a week for working unsocial hours)
