Neurodevelopmental Practitioner (Autism & ADHD) - Band 4**

**Permanent, full time / part time role**

This post is an integral part of the Neurodevelopmental Service, working across the school age and pre-school teams. You will be working with Children and Young People who may be waiting for an assessment or have had an assessment and diagnosis of Autism and/or ADHD along with their families.

The role will be a mix of home and office based work.
