You have experience in Food Beverage environment or in customer service and enjoy contact with people. **The Role** As a Food Beverage Assistant (Bar), you will be responsible for providing a friendly and efficient service to all hotel guests, neighbours and visitors. **Key responsibilities** - Welcome, greet, and look after guests from the moment they arrive in the bar until they leave - Bar knowledge and skills - Ensure high level of customer satisfaction - Resolve complaints or issues guests might have - Maintain friendly and professional service at all time - Upsell and maximise sales and revenue **Requirements**: - Previous Food Beverage hotel or bar experience is desired - Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment. - Fluent English and excellent communication skills. **Cultured** We believe in being our best and true selves every single day and delivering the most refined experiences possible.
