**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manual Handling: Perform heavy lifting and transporting items in compliance with safety protocols.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and label items for dispatch according to client or internal specifications.
- Receiving and Unloading: Accept, inspect, and unload deliveries while checking for damages or discrepancies.
- Inventory Management: Organize, stock, and monitor inventory levels; conduct regular stock checks.
- Loading and Dispatch: Prepare and load outgoing shipments while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Equipment Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other machinery (if certified) to move goods around the warehouse.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all workplace safety standards and actively contribute to maintaining a clean and hazard-free environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of goods received and dispatched. Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking..
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless operations.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment (preferred)
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as manual handling, lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.

**Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills.
- Excellent time management and reliability.

**Certificates**:

- Valid Driving License (preferred).
- Forklift certification
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card for general labor and warehouse operative tasks.

**Additional Preferences**:

- Certification as a CSCS Labourer (if relevant).
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and computer systems (e.g., WMS) is an advantage.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.
