**SPORTS THERAPIST** About the Hotel: Set in 1100 acres of English countryside, East Sussex National offers a perfect retreat for both business and leisure guests. With 104 beautiful bedrooms, a health club, spa with 9 treatment rooms including seaweed bathing and Rhassoul, and two championship golf courses. East Sussex National also offers a wide range of meeting and events space which is ideal for day meetings, residential conferences or special social events. **HOURS**: Any contract available, flexible over a 7-day shift pattern and may include working some evenings and weekends. **REPORTS TO**: Spa Therapy Manager **Main Responsibilities / Key Accountabilities**: - Examine and treat injuries - Ensure each client is provided with a full consultation and treatment aftercare - Rehabilitate injuries by using manual therapy techniques and exercise - Conduct fitness-level assessments and advise on exercise before taking part in sport - Provide treatments within the therapy department to the highest standards of service - Ensure you have day-to-day high standards of professionalism, presentation, and cleanliness throughout your treatment room and spa areas. - Ensure the treatment rooms are always set up per the specifications (i.e.: temperature, equipment, obstacles, number of participants, etc.) and are in immaculate condition. - Receive monthly training sessions around all our treatments for your continued growth within the industry.
