**Job Description**:
As a Senior Buyer, you will take a lead role in our Procurement team looking at how we best source our products, materials and licenses for the business. You will work with our Head of Procurement to assess our processes; looking at how we best handle our supplier engagement and contract renewals, ensuring we maximise our efficiencies as a business.

As a Senior Buyer, we are looking for someone to:

- Working with designated business units and other teams to identify and implement sourcing initiatives that help drive the Together strategic agenda
- Ensuring compliance with Together policies, processes, procedures, guidelines and reporting requirements
- Proactively work the expenditure and contracts to secure best value for Together in the short and longer term
- Assists with the updates of the Supplier Dashboard, detailing the Supplier Performance metrics

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**
- Strong procurement-related skills set (including sourcing, supplier management and supply market analysis)
- Specialist procurement and supply market knowledge and able to articulate strategic imperatives associated with business strategy
- Knowledge and experience of initiating, developing and executing market-leading procurement plans and processes
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong due diligence skills and experience

**Desirable**
- IT and cross category experience
- Experience of working in a regulated industry
