**Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker**

Temp All Staffing are currently recruiting for Senior Children’s Residential Support Workers on behalf of our client. You will be responsible for supporting up to 4 young people aged between 9-17 with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties as well as managing a team of staff. The organisation is committed to helping and preparing young people to grow and develop into adulthood by building positive relationships and learning within a nurturing environment. The home is currently rated ‘Good’ with CQC and are looking to recruit individuals who are enthusiastic, motivated and have a desire to support children and young people with additional needs.

**Early-** 08:00- 16:00 **Late-** 15:00- 23:00 **Long Day-** 08:00- 23:00
- **Job Role**_
- Meeting the needs of the Children and Young people in line with Ofsted regulations
- Organising and facilitating Social Activities
- Staff management
- Maintaining the home (laundry, cleaning, shopping)
- Supporting educational needs of the children
- Monitor and maintain the safety of the home overnight
- Liaise with the on call manager as required
- Provide a handover to the morning team
- **Education, Skills and Qualifications**_
- Full UK driving license with access to own vehicle essential
- Experience in children’s residential care
- Previous supervisory experience
- Level 3 diploma Children’s Workforce
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Behaviour management skills and knowledge of safeguarding
- Flexible, reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic

**Salary**: £13.25-£14.25 per hour
