**Overall Objectives**:
In addition to providing the day-to-day support as part of the Help desk team' you will also have new business involvement as a first stage project member. Your experience and knowledge will make you a natural point of reference for your Manager, the operationsdepartment and members of the Customer Services Team. This will involve SAP analysis and configuration, SAP and FICO, testing for Pharmisis development, day to day management of CSI, back up support for SAP Console, data analysis and reporting.

**Key Objectives**:
To ensure that new and existing client data on Pharmisis, SAP (FICO) and Company Maintenance is accurate and up to date, involving business strategy, data analysis, materials management, SD and warehouse management.
To carry out assigned tasks as part of the help desk team.
To provide back up support for SAP Console and cover for the business intelligence team.
To manage the SAP data archiving for all accounts in an accurate and timely manner.
To follow CPG Quality System (PID - Process Instruction Documents) for daily activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- To work and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Solid SAP Analytics experience within SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Materials Management) and WM (Warehouse Management) roles, SAP Console, other modules FICO (Finance), PP (Production Planning) QM (Quality Management) BASIS and ABAP
- Experience in SAP configuration, technical support, implementation, user development and training and problem solving
- SAP project support including analysis/requirements and project scope documents, business process and design and configuration
- Define and implement business procedures
- Liaise with other Business Analysts within the company
- Develop training scripts
- Define and document SAP SD transactions and processes in support of processes defined by functional unit process orders
**Key Responsibilities**:
1.To manage the whole SAP / Pharmisis link including SAP analysis, configuration, New business involvement, day to day management for CSI, data analysis, reporting, business strategy and data archiving.
2.To provide a proactive approach to help desk calls as part of the team ensuring requests are delivered in a timely and satisfactory manner and where necessary make decisions to meet customer expectation.
3.To provide back up support for SAP Console and testing for the Pharmisis development.
4.To ensure that all design, implementations, testing and validation is actioned to as per Process Instruction Documents.
5.To maintain existing accounts to ensure all sales opportunities are maximised and participate fully in the development of those accounts.
6.To regularly liaise with both internal and external customers to ensure they are kept fully informed of all developments on their account.
7.To keep the Business Performance Director fully briefed of all major developments, including the timely escalation of issues, which require their support and/or intervention.
8.To ensure that all reports are delivered to customers in a timely and consistent manner.
9.To work closely with departmental colleagues to enable effective communication throughout the Customer Services team, warehouse and the business.
10.To ensure company procedures are being adhered to at all times.
11.To Support, coach, mentor and motivate both your direct team and other Account teams via their Account Mangers to ensure they have all the necessary information and training to provide excellent customer service and individual personal development.
12. To continually review and suggest alternative ways of working to ensure we are continually improving the way we work.
13.To undertake such other duties as the management may from time to time reasonably require.
