**Job Title: Cleaner - Holiday Lets**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cleaning and Sanitization**:

- Perform thorough cleaning of Airbnb properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen areas, and common spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces, appliances, and furnishings are sanitized and presented to the highest standard.
- **Linen and Laundry Management**:

- Change and make beds, ensuring all linens are clean and well-presented.
- Manage laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and restocking of towels and linens.
- **Inventory and Restocking**:

- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure cleaning supplies are well-stocked.
- Communicate with the property management team regarding any supplies that need replenishment.
- **Reporting and Communication**:

- Report any damages, maintenance issues, or required repairs to the property management team promptly.
- Maintain open and clear communication with property managers regarding any specific cleaning instructions or client preferences.
- **Adherence to Health and Safety Standards**:

- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment in accordance with industry standards.
- **Flexible Schedule**:

- Adapt to a flexible schedule to accommodate property turnovers, guest check-in/check-out times, and last-minute requests.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in professional cleaning or housekeeping is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving objects.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and their proper use.

Pay: £8.27-£13.26 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
