**The Role**:
- Require to work within the community therapy team.
- Delivers both routine and urgent (same day) care to a wide range of adults living in the community.
- Responsible for delivering expert assessment and treatment to a wide
- ranging caseload of patients with complex conditions.
- Have current relevant professional registration (HCPC Registration).
- Experience of working within the NHS.
- Have advanced written and non-verbal communication and to be able to work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient cantered care.
- Use of a car with business insurance is essential.
