Oxfordshire is developing its mental health crisis response provision following new investment. We are forming a new service, consistent with the nationally defined Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team clinical model. This service provides intensive home treatment to people living in Oxford City 24/7 as a true alternative to admission. The team is being further developed and expanded over several phases during the next 3 years.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the service and to be fully involved in developing and creating the highest quality service provision for service users and their families / supporters. The Team Administrator will be a key player in establishing safe and effective administrative systems and processes within the team in collaboration with other team members. You will be fully integrated within team and will provide a full range of administrative service.
Accessibility, responsiveness and excellence in customer service with the highest regard for service experience will be at the heart of the service and the Team Administrator will use their skills and personal style to make this a reality.
We are looking for a friendly and proficient administrator with secretarial experience within health or social care. The role involves supporting the coordination of team activities, inputting activity and outcome data onto the Trust’s electronic health record systems, typing clinical documentation, general office support, minuting clinical meetings and being the first point of contact for service users, professionals and the public calling in to the team. The post holder will need to be able to work in a changing and dynamic working environment.

The CHRT provides a 24/7 crisis service to the people of Oxfordshire who are experiencing a mental health crisis. Administrative services include production of clinical documentation, maintaining clinical records, activity and outcome data entry to electronic health records, scheduling of clinical and professional meetings and appointments, excellence in patient/public facing customer service and some elements of team coordination. The team secretary post is an integral and highly valued part of the clinical service
