**ADMIN SUPPORT - SWINDON, SN3**

gap personnel acting as a recruitment business are currently recruiting for **Admin Support** on a temp to perm basis based in Swindon, SN3

GENERAL SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pre-checking within NetSuite of all orders picked from stores to ensure smooth flow of fulfilment
- Fulfilling of all orders through the warehouse
- Carrying out inventory adjustments where needed on kits
- Ensuring correct costing of orders when making adjustments
- Ensuring stock is correct on the system
- Highlighting any issues found within stock data
- Highlighting any issues with sales orders on NetSuite & informing the sales team of amendment’s needed
- Be accountable for housekeeping on NetSuite within your transactions
- Support the operations team in any way possible
- Cover where needed in other areas of operations

IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Thorough investigation of data knowledge
- Excellent time keeping, organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines,
- Ability to think outside of the box to support the business
- Willingness to learn new skills / tasks

HOURS OF WORK:

- Monday to Friday 08:00-17:30

RATE OF PAY:

- £11.50 per hour

Free on-site parking, on good public transport route.
