We're looking for a talented Self-Employed Mortgage and Protection Broker to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of whole of market mortgage advice.
If that's you then you could be exactly what they're looking for.
**The Role**:
In the Self-Employed Mortgage Broker role you'll be primarily responsible for providing whole of market mortgage and protection advice over the telephone. Building relationships with customers to ensure referrals and repeat business.
You'll report to the Director on a working from home basis. However they have an office loacted in Bournemouth if you wish to work from the office.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:

- Making sure all customers are offered the best mortgage solution
- Speaking with and developing relationships with clients and lenders alike
- Closing the opportunities
- Converting leads given to you
- Sourcing your own mortgage leads
You'll also need experience of nurturing lender relationships
In addition, you'll need the following:

- Full cemap
- CAS status
- Outstanding communication skills
