**Hours of Work: 35 hours per week**

At MSV Housing we’re committed to making sure our customers have good safe homes we are looking to recruit a Capital Programme Officer to join our established team.

**What will you be doing;**

As a Capital Programme Officer you will Plan, manage and deliver a varied programme of capital planned works forming part of the Group’s agreed forward rolling programme via internal and external commercial partners, consultants and organisations.

To ensure delivery of capital investment projects which achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, are fully compliant, offer value for money and are delivered within budget and timetable.

To plan and monitor budgets, spend, cash flow forecasts and contract compliance as necessary to meet financial regulations and delegated authorities and relevant policy and procedures.

**What we are looking for;**
- HNC in relevant building surveying or project management qualification and equivalent by experience
- Experience of capital works project management and delivery in a social housing or similar building services environment
- Experience in C.D.M regulations and preparation of plans and control documents
- Knowledge and experience of repairs and maintenance performance management and reporting systems
- Skilled with Microsoft packages
- Ability to collate, prepare and present management reports.
