**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Ground Worker / Labourer to join our construction/grounds maintenance team. You’ll play a key role in on-site activities, helping to keep projects moving smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, soil and groundworks, and general earthmoving tasks
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Dig trenches, lay foundations, and assist with drainage and drainage system installation-Operate basic hand and power tools (drills, compaction equipment, breakers) after proper training
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe; remove waste and debris
- Assist skilled trades with tasks as required
- Follow site safety rules and wear PPE (helmet, high-visibility clothing, boots, gloves, eye protection)-Report any hazards or incidents to the supervisor.

Requirements
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour in various weather conditions
- Basic comprehension of instructions and safety procedures
- Willingness to learn and follow directions from supervisors and skilled trades
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Desirable Skills (Nice-to-Have)
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or grounds maintenance
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and safety practices
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends if project demands### What We Offer
