We're looking for a Pricing Specialist to join our Pricing Data Management team.

The base
We moved into our new HQ in the City of London in 2018. We're close to our clients, in the heart of the UK's financial centre. And we have everything we need to work flexibly.

The team
The Data Management group comprises 4 teams, Client & Portfolio, Securities, Index, and Pricing. The group is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of data to facilitate the Investment and client reporting processes. Services are provided directly to internal clients across Investment, Distribution and Infrastructure divisions within the firm.

What you'll do
- Ensure the delivery of comprehensive, timely and accurate, shared operational pricing data throughout the business
- Ensure the timely resolution of queries and pricing issues
- Review daily exception reports, missing price reports, maintaining spreadsheets for manual pricing, researching appropriate prices for illiquid securities
- Appropriate escalation of any potential issues
- Assist Line Manager with project work
- Co-ordinate pricing for periodic client valuation reporting
- Co-ordination of vendor queries and monitoring resolution and vendor service
- Daily Liaison with Global Data teams and Strategic Business Partner over handover issues
- Maintain regulatory data around Pricing/Valuation including Fair Value Levels
- Specify IT change requirements, participate in UAT

The knowledge, skills and experience you'll need
- Excellent PC skills, particularly Excel and Word, PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of VBA helpful
