**Job Title**: Technical Communicator/Technical Writer

**Job Summary**: eProductivity Software (ePS), is actively seeking an experienced and versatile Technical Writer with strong communication skills and background with eLearning design and development. This role will be instrumental in creating technical documentation as well as interactive digital learning experiences for various audiences.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Technical Writing**:
- Produce technical information for various products including system requirements, release notes, technical manuals, user guides, and other customer-facing and internal-use documents.
- **Digital Adoption Platform (DAP)**:
- Maintain and troubleshoot published DAP content.
- Consult on DAP best practices and create impactful solutions aligning with KPIs.
- **Instructional Design**:
- Design and develop educational resources for efficient and profitable use of ePS products.
- Develop rich multimedia eLearning modules and supporting materials (job aids, tutorials, guides, FAQs, infographics).
**Required Skills**:
- Create effective procedural documentation in both print (MS Word, PDF) and online/inline help (RoboHelp) formats that conform to standardized templates and style sheets.
- Leverage agile development techniques and processes to create content for a rapidly changing environment.
- Manage end-to-end development cycle from defining learning objectives through deployment (Image editing, screen casting, creating infographics, audio-video editing).
- Design and develop engaging, innovative, and effective educational resources that artfully combine multimedia elements (text, infographics, images, simulations, video, or other asynchronous elements) based on sound principles of adult learning theory and instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM.
- Create knowledge-checks, simulations, and/or assessments based on learning and performance objectives using eLearning tools.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced work environment with aggressive deadlines
- Understand basic website features/functionality/technicalities.

- Adobe RoboHelp (or similar help authoring tool).
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Image editing and screen capture tools (e.g., Affinity Suite, SnagIt, Photoshop).
- Video capture/screen-casting tools (e.g., Camtasia).
- WalkMe (or similar Digital Adoption Platform).
- Learning Management System (LMS).
- Content management, issue tracking, and project management tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Jira).
**Education / Experience / Portfolio**:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing, editing, and implementing technical manuals for users of various skill sets.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in design, development, and delivery of eLearning resources and technical support materials.
- Understanding and experience with Digital Adoption Platform solutions.
- Understanding and experience in eLearning design and development models and methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of eLearning publishing standards (SCORM, AICC, xAPI).
- Portfolio demonstrating technical writing and instructional design capabilities.
