**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organisation.
- Process accounts payable and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
- Posting payments and receipts.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Issuing sales statements and credit control
- Preparing VAT returns using Xero software
- Utilise Xero accounting software to manage financial data efficiently.
**Skills**
- High level of experienceusing Xero accounting software.
- Strong understanding of general bookkeeping principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with colleagues and suppliers.
**Job Type**: Freelance
Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 15 per week
