**Job Summary**

**Duties**

- Prepare reports on team performance for review.

- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
- Familiarity with market trends and customer preferences within the industry is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
