**Role Overview**:
This dynamic role combines event management, commercial partnerships, and business development in the golf travel industry. As a Commercial Executive, you will play a pivotal role in planning and delivering up to 40 golf events annually, whilst actively supporting commercial partnerships. The position requires a balance of on-site event support, strategic relationship building, and proactive engagement with new and existing commercial partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:
You will manage event logistics, including attendance, preparation, administration, reporting, and after-sales communication ensuring seamless execution across multiple events. Supporting commercial partnerships, you’ll assist with content creation, reporting, prize redemption, and invoicing, whilst also driving networking opportunities, identifying commercial prospects, promoting both partnerships and bespoke golf experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with our commercial, events, marketing, and product teams, providing day-to-day support and contributing to their key deliverables. You will have a willingness to travel across the UK for events, including periodic overnight stays, with occasional opportunities for European and global travel.

**Required Skills and Competencies**:

- Experience in hosting events or being part of an events team.
- Ability to play golf to a reasonable standard.
- Strong relationship-building skills with confidence to network purposefully.
- Keen eye for detail, and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
- Solid knowledge of social media and modern promotional platforms.
- Willingness to learn the Golfbreaks product and service to a conversational level.
- Ability to manage own diary due to varied workload
- Flexibility to travel and adapt working hours as needed.
- Competitive, target-driven nature with a focus on achieving results.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
