Cerebral Security Solutions Ltd is currently recruiting security officers who must have an appropriate SIA licence. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the Southwest’s leading security service providers.

As a security officer you will be an essential part of the team, demonstrating a high level of appreciation for customer care and safety.

The position is one of responsibility for general health and safety and customer service. The strict fulfilment of safeguarding, fire regulations and committing to businesses policies are paramount to the position, as well as a firm basis in public relations and assisting in dealing with difficult people and situations.

We provide the excellent opportunity to vary your working environment whether you would like Office Concierge roles, Static Security, Site Security, or mobile patrol security.

Some of our roles are single manned sites, therefore you will need to be comfortable working alone with minimum supervision.

An enhanced DBS would be an advantage and open more job opportunities.
- Possess an SIA front line Door Supervisor or security officer licence
- Be able to build a rapport with clients
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrate the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team
- Provide a 5-year checkable work history
- Have good observation skills
- Be able to defuse heated or violent situations in a calm and rational way
- Have a driving licence and transportation
- Be happy to work sporadic hours during the day/night weekend/weekdays

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £11.40-£15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

- Enhanced Disclosure (preferred)
- SIA (required)
