SDR Living are looking for a part-time Weekend Receptionist to join our team at Clevedon Court in St Leonards on Sea.

On behalf of Hastings Borough Council and other neighbouring authorities, we provide short term accommodation and support to local families and individuals who find themselves homeless. SDR Living is a new and growing housing provider which already has built a strong reputation for offering a high standard of welfare support. The successful applicant will be aligned with our core values and will maintain and strive to improve our standards further.

**The Role**

As a trusted member of our team, you will assist in the delivery of a weekend Reception service to our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Dealing with resident enquiries and providing an excellent service
- Answering the telephone and processing room bookings from the Council
- Checking in and checking out residents
- Implementing security systems, ensuring the overall safety and security of the building and its residents
- Meeting the requirements of health and safety policies and practices
- Effectively dealing with any anti-social behaviour

**Working pattern and Hours**
- 16 hours per week - Saturdays and Sundays, 8am-4pm
