**About this role**:
If you are experienced working in retail and are passionate to become an essential member of the retail operations team at Crystal Palace FC, we have a job for you We are looking for a customer service focused, organised and self motivated retail assist to work on the shop floor, ensure merchandising display and product is maintained to a high standard and stocked properly, use the till system and provide the highest level of customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working on the shop floor providing customer service
- Operating the till
- Packing sales
- Stocking shelves where required
- Pricing merchandise
- Shirt printing of names and numbers
- Working in the store rooms re-organising merchandise storage
- Receiving deliveries into storage
- Other duties and responsibilities as required by line manager.
- Upholding and promoting the Club’s policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Equal Opportunities policies and procedures.

**Experience, Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous retail experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Detail orientated
- Enthusiastic when you approach all tasks
