**JOB OPPORTUNITY: Wedding Coordinator, Glamping Assistant & Site Support**
**Location**: Happy Valley, Norfolk

Happy Valley Norfolk is a hidden gem nestled in the woods, known for magical woodland weddings, boutique glamping stays with hot tubs, and restorative retreats. We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, hands-on individual to join our small team for the summer—with the potential for the role to evolve depending on your experience, adaptability, and ambition.
**The Role**:
A varied and rewarding position supporting our friendly team across three key areas:
**Wedding Coordination**
- Assisting with set-up and on-the-day coordination for weddings and events
- Supporting couples during viewings, rehearsals, and the big day itself
- Managing timelines, suppliers, and logistics
- Providing a calm, professional presence during weddings
**Glamping & Guest Experience**
- Welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process
- Preparing and presenting glamping spaces to a high standard
- Liaising with guests around bookings and special requests
- Answering queries and providing exceptional customer service
**Site Support Duties**
- Helping with general upkeep and presentation of the site
- Setting up event spaces, fire pits, signage, lighting, and more
- Assisting with bar service or evening activities when needed
- Being an all-round team player and extra pair of hands wherever required
**What We’re Looking For**:
- A can-do attitude and calm under pressure
- Warm, approachable, and professional in guest-facing situations
- Weekend and flexible availability is essential
- Experience in hospitality, events, or weddings is a bonus—but we value personality and initiative above all
- **Bar experience is a real plus**, especially if you’re confident serving drinks at events
- **Personal licence holders strongly encouraged to apply**:
- **Marketing or social media knowledge is a bonus**—familiarity with platforms like Instagram or Canva, or an eye for capturing content, would be great
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is highly desirable due to our rural location
**Contract & Hours**:
- Short-term contract to start, ideal for the busy summer season
- Approx. **16-24 hours per week**, depending on event schedule and bookings
- Potential to extend for the right person with drive, passion, and flexibility
