**Warehouse Coordinator - Bridgend**

**Your responsibilities**:

- To provide an environment to achieve zero accidents and maintain/improve current HS&E standards in the warehouse.
- Risk assessments, safe systems of work, near miss reporting and safety audits.
- Maintain/improve the cleanliness and housekeeping of the warehouse which will help reduce potential injuries. Target to have the warehouse audit and visitor ready.
- Support the parent reel operation:

- Stock accuracy - Stock counts, root causing errors and providing feedback to operators.
- Control of concession, trials, HP and sparks reels.
- Support the raw material/chemical operation:

- Stock Accuracy - Stock counts, root causing errors and providing feedback to operators.
- Control NCRs, returns to supplier, credits and trials.
- Trained to support all aspects of stock control including raw materials, parent reels, finished goods and papermaking materials on site. Support outside warehouses. JDE is operated as per training. To ensure accurate stock levels are maintained for cost purposes and customer deliveries are OTIF.
- Drive knowledge sharing across the shifts in terms of training and development activities, target for a cross-skilled workforce.
- To work with other departments to achieve all warehouse targets and to support those targets of other departments where appropriate.
- To drive continuous improvement activities across all areas of the warehouse and lead the team on the floor.
- Ownership and responsibility for daily warehouse operations and KPI’s for safety, quality and cost.
- Help to drive cost saving initiatives working to the departmental budget.

**Your profile**:

- Warehouse knowledge.
- IT skills & JDE knowledge.
- Leadership skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the business. Can do attitude and flexibility to take on various tasks.
- Demonstrate a continuous improvement mentality.
- High level of numeracy/literacy, with strong attention to detail (results oriented and focus on accuracy) and good communication skills to share information across shifts.
- Able to work individually and as part of a team, to be proactive in problem solving, root cause & fix.
- The ability to react to unexpected situations with a calm and measured approach.
- Energy and enthusiasm to assist the team and ensuring warehouse objectives are met.
