**Role Purpose**:
Reporting into the new Senior HR Services Business Partner, this role will provide administrative support to LeO’s payroll function and act as a main point of contact for LeO’s payroll provider and employees on payroll-related matters. This role will also support the HR Co-ordinator in providing a comprehensive, effective and efficient HR administrative service to the HR team and wider organisation as required.

This is a real opportunity to make the role your own, and contribute to a new way of working for HR at the Legal Ombudsman.

**Skills & Experience**:
You will be an proactive Payroll and HR Administrator, with experience of working in a fast-paced and busy environment. Utilising your organisation and time management skills, you will take a proactive and flexible approach to first line payroll and HR queries, providing first level advice and escalating to the HR team as required.
