Join the LSH Auto team as a Service Advisor and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service at our dealership.

As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the service process and ensuring their experience is seamless and satisfying.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Welcoming customers and assisting with scheduling service appointments
- Thoroughly documenting customer concerns and vehicle issues
- Providing accurate estimates for service costs and timeframes
- Collaborating with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs
- Updating customers on the status of their vehicles and suggested services
- Resolving any customer inquiries and service-related complaints

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- A solid understanding of automotive systems and repairs
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computer software related to service operations
- A valid driver's license
