Natural Stone Surfaces are a leading fabricator of stone worktops. We are based in Chapel-en-le-Frith and cover the whole of the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a full time experienced Payroll Processor to join our team.

**Job Summary**:
The job holder will be responsible for organising materials to ensure the maintaining of the supply and demand of stock; and supporting a complete and detailed database of inventory and supply documentation, working hands-on receiving and personally inspecting and confirming supply quality and delivery of goods.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with production and yard personnel;
- Maintaining deadlines;
- Provide cover and support for yard personnel as and when required;
- Liaise with the Yard & Saw Room Supervisors on an ongoing basis;
- Ensure daily goals are met by managing stock accordingly;
- Support the resolution of any stock/material issues;
- Confidently and accurately updates systems accordingly;
- Follow all 5S procedures;
- Adhere to all health and safety standards at all times;
- Use the Moraware system to check and prepare for incoming orders of slabs;
- Support the correct and safe storage of slabs;
- Receive orders in to Moraware system and print barcode labels (and reserved labels when necessary) and fix to slabs;
- Support slab waste management;
- Match off cuts using the spectrometer;
- Assist with the planning and prioritizing of cutting in the most effective way/usage;
- Compile the material picking list;
- Ensure all old stock is accessible before new stock is used, supporting a FIFO (First In, First Out) process with old stock in front of new;
- Regular communication with procurement team;
- Support other team members as required once duties are complete and in order.

Rate of pay dependent upon level of appropriate experience.
