**Fabric Engineer (Multi-trade)**
- Fabric Engineer or Handyperson or General Maintenance or Multi Trade Operative or Multi Trader_

Our team is growing again at our site in London riverside, Southwark (SE1) near to Bermondsey, Lambeth, Peckham and Vauxhall.

A key member of the Maintenance site team, you will be responsible for carrying out the painting program as per contract requirements alongside other general duties as per below. Prior knowledge of CAFM (Computer-aided Facilities Management system) is essential for this role.

This is a **Days only** shift position working X7 11hr shifts over 14 days period / Mon - Sun.
- Working hours_**:7am - 7pm**
- Week one_**:Mon, Thurs, Fri**
- Week two_**:Tues, Weds, Sat, Sun**

General Duties will also include:

- Cabinet repairs, Desk repairs, Chair repairs, Carpet tiles, Wall finishes including tilling, Blind repairs, Signs and notice boards, Door inspections and repair, Minor plumbing works, Lamp changes.
- Escorting visitors including sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Keep all Client meeting rooms and areas in immaculate condition.
- Reactive and emergency breakdown, completing paperwork and reports.
- Control of water testing and upkeep of the waterlog book.
- Upkeep of Plant, Plantrooms and daily plantroom walk rounds.
- Carry out statutory record keeping of fire doors, Fire Alarm & Sprinkler System, Phone Refuge points and Emergency Lighting.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Experienced handyperson with previous experience in a commercial environment - _Essential._

Experienced in Fabric/Mutli-trade works - _Essential._

PASMA & IPAF - _Desired._
