Ace Case Ltd are expanding their production team and are currently recruiting for a machine setter/operator to fill a permanent position within their small close-knit workforce in Earby.

Purpose:
- Report directly to the production supervisor to work as directed by the production department.
- Welding Experience desired but not essential.
- Responsible for operating a CNC Turret Punch and Press Brake.
- Monitoring material and machine feeders.
- Assist in the manufacturing of sheet metal enclosures.
- Work to targets and KPIs with tight tolerances.
- Able to interpret drawings and follow instructions.
- General Housekeeping within the department.
- Experience is preferable but not essential.
- Experience working within a factory environment - 1 year.
- Experience working as a machine operator - 1 year.
- Be physically fit.
- Be calm under pressure in a busy department.
- Be able to work independently and accurately with mínimal supervision after full training.
- Have a proactive awareness of workplace safety.
- Have good timekeeping.
- Have a willingness to learn new things and keen to accept new challenges.
