Are you highly organised with a passion for the automotive industry? RRG Skoda Rochdale is looking for a motivated and detail-driven **Aftersales Admin Support** to join our busy and friendly team.

**About the Role**

As an integral part of our Aftersales Department, you’ll provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our **Service and Warranty** operations. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting customer satisfaction, and assisting the team to deliver a first-class experience to every customer.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support across Aftersales departments, including Service, Parts and Warranty.
- Maintain and update customer and vehicle records accurately.
- Assist in processing warranty claims and documentation.
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
- Liaise with customers and colleagues to ensure excellent communication and service.
- General office duties including filing, data entry, and report preparation.

**About You**
- Previous experience in an automotive or administrative role preferred (Aftersales experience an advantage).
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Confident using computer systems, including Microsoft Office and dealership software.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
