Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Counsellor to join our dynamic team. You must have 2 years minimum experience of working with couples and adults. As a Counsellor, you will provide guidance and support to individuals facing various challenges in their lives. We are looking for counsellors who can work with adults, and couples. Your role will involve assessing clients' needs and implementing therapeutic techniques to help them overcome obstacles and improve their overall well-being.

**Duties**:

- Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, emotional state, and specific needs
- Develop personalised plans based on clients' goals and objectives
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address clients' concerns
- Provide individual counseling sessions to help clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours
- Facilitate group therapy sessions to promote peer support and interpersonal growth
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Stay updated on the latest research, techniques, and best practices in counseling

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling or a related field
- Valid counselling license or certification (if required by state regulations)
- Proven experience in providing counseling services (internship experience will be considered)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate clients towards positive change
- Proficiency in using IT systems for documentation and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills to establish rapport with clients and effectively convey information
- Ability to develop plans tailored to individual needs and goals

Note: All positions at our organisation are paid positions, including internships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week

Additional pay:
