**Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily maintenance tasks including plastering, painting, and fixing beds/mattresses.
- Contribute to house renovations and upkeep projects.
- Collaborate closely with our team to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management regarding maintenance needs and updates.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in plastering, painting, and basic carpentry skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role, particularly in a healthcare or residential setting, is a plus.
